The company shall pay a dividend of not less than 30% of net profit of seperate financial statement after tax by company's regulations. Therefore the rate of dividend may vary depending on the company financial status, business expansion plan, regulations from all the contracts that invovled with the company and economics status as seen appropriate by the Board of directors. The payment of the dividend must be approved by the board of directors if it is not an interim dividend payment which the board of directors may approve if seen appropriate.
Furthermore, only being a holding company which does not do any business, the ability to pay the dividend is depended on the results of the company's subsidiaries.
