Whistleblowing Channel

The Group is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and in accordance with good corporate governance principles. To support this commitment, the Group has established a Whistleblower Policy, along with measures to protect whistleblowers and ensure fair treatment for all parties involved. The policy provides channels for both internal and external stakeholders, such as employees, customers, business partners, and communities, to report concerns or complaints regarding potential violations of laws, the Company’s Code of Conduct, fraud or corruption, human rights violations, activities that may adversely impact communities or the environment, or any other misconduct that may cause damage to the Group or its stakeholders.

Any person who becomes aware of, or reasonably suspects, any inappropriate conduct may submit a whistleblowing report or complaint through the following channels:

The Group will treat all information received with strict confidentiality and will implement appropriate measures to protect whistleblowers or complainants from any form of retaliation or adverse consequences. Where appropriate, remedial actions will also be considered for affected parties. The Group values all reports and complaints as an important mechanism for strengthening corporate governance and supporting the sustainable development of the organization.

Whistleblower Information

Your information will be used for the purposes of fact-finding and investigation, to notify you of the investigation results, or to contact you where necessary. All information provided by the whistleblower will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Group’s policies.
