  • Assess the positive and negative impacts of the Group's project developments and business operations to the stakeholders, especially surrounding the project locations which must be recognized by stakeholders involved in the Group's operations for helping the business can move forward with responsibility and maintain good relationship with local communities and creating participation for the common benefits of communities and society
  • Manage human resources with best practices for employees and workers according to labor laws and international standards including recruiting and developing the employee skills to support the growth of the organization as well as pay attention to the participation and quality of life of employees
  • Implement safety operating procedures in all situations including the safety and occupational health of employees
